Do you have Hot Tubs?
Yes, All 4 of our pods have their own seperate, private use hot tub. There is no time limits and they are inside a house so can be accessed all weathers.
What do we get in our pod?
Our pods have all essentials along with fresh towels and bedding. See Our Pods page for more information.
When is check in/out?
Check in is any time from 3pm and check out is before 10am on your day of departure.
Is there a 2 night minimum stay?
Yes, due to housekeeping requirements we welcome a 2+ night stays. However please do contact us to see if we can accommodate a 1 night stay.
How many people do your pods sleep?
Our pods have a double bed and a sofa bed each so can sleep 4 adults, though we would recommend 2 adults and 2 children. There is an extra fold out Z bed for 1 child. We can also fit a travel cot for infants.
Do you allow dogs?
One of our pods welcome dogs and three do not. Should you wish to bring a dog, book quickly to avoid disappointment as only Knockan Pod allows dogs.
We are a working farm so please keep dogs on leads at all times and please pick up after your dog. - More Info
Can we come in groups?
Yes we welcome groups. We would recommend 2 adults per pod, however each can sleep 4, thus we can welcome groups of up to 16 people at any time. Please use the Multiple booking option on the Booking Page.
Can we have Visitors?
Yes. we allow non staying guests to visit during the hours of 10am - 10pm. Please be courteous to other guests and keep noise to a minimum. Please also see Terms & Conditions.
Is there a security deposit to pay?
Yes. there is a refundable £30 security deposit which shall be returned to your method of payment no later than 14 days after check-out as long as there has been no damage or issues.
Can we cancel our booking or change our dates?
You may cancel your stay up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Dates can be changed up to 7 days before check-in. For more info please see our cancellation policy.
In the event that we have to temporarily close the glamping site due to local, national or site specific lockdown, we will offer you alternative dates and help you to rearrange your holiday with us to another date.
